Baby Ethan Portrait Session

A little before the holiday season began, Daniel and I had a wonderful time spending the morning with the Gatchalians and adorable 1 year old Ethan!

Although Ethan did not really enjoy being woken up from his nap for this early morning shoot (then again, who does), he soon warmed up to us after being fed and having the chance to show off all his wonderful books! We then took a walk to the playground in hopes to get some shots of Ethan playing with the available toys there but the little bugger ended up having a blast playing in the leaves instead. Babies are too funny sometimes!

The O’Rahillys and Kaszibas Family Portrait Session

As photographers, it’s always such a treat for us whenever we go out to shoot a family portrait session. Each time the door opens to a new home, it’s like cracking open another storybook into the lives of the people we have come to photograph. In a society where people have become more isolated and less community oriented, photography has given us great opportunities to step outside our comfort zones and allow us to meet some wonderful people we normally would not encounter on a daily basis.

Last month, Daniel and I had an exciting opportunity to photograph the O’Rahillys and Kaszibas for their family portrait session. As soon as the door opened to their home, we could already feel the love and laughter bubbling from within. Both families were such a joy to shoot and we had a wonderful time following the family around as they interacted, played, and laughed together. We especially enjoyed the kids adorable Halloween costumes!
